Terrible experience, grossly overpriced, offered a cheaper price for a 5 star review, rubbish left on site, inspection took over 9 weeks to organise although other companies get it done within 2 weeks, harrasment for full payment after installation, panels and battery didnt work after inspection, continuous call with promise of call back to no avail - do yourself a favour and just go somewhere else.
From Sales to Installation Off the Grid company is Fantastic to deal with. We purchased 15 KW Battery system. The build is solid. The installers were amazing to deal with, they explained how the whole system worked, which was so assuring. The batteries work perfectly with the solar panels. The whole system makes day-to -day off grid living so easy. Great products and well worth the investment.
