They are very competent. Recently replaced my pump. highly recommend
I have to say I am impressed with this pool service. The technicians who do repairs are personable and take time to explain necessary repairs. These repairs are done promptly and professionally. If there are unanticipated delays they text to let you know why and when they will be out.
I would highly recommend Off The Deep End for any of your pool needs. We have used them for weekly cleaning as well as equipment repair. They make sure you are completely satisfied. Dan and Lindsey are amazing. Five stars!
Off The Deep End Pools is the best pool company I can imagine. They are so responsive, keep their commitments and are reasonable in their pricing. When unexpected need for repairs arise they are sensitive to being able to run the pool as soon as possible and do the work very quickly and professionally. I would not trust anyone else with my pool.
Their communication, feedback, recommendations, and reports are great. We experienced some questionable service from our newest technician, but it was quickly resolved via one email and one phone call.
