Tried to order a charcuterie board, and it looks nice, but is an extreme ripoff for the price. There was an added 25$ charge for “delivery and setup”, with no setup and the delivery was less than 5 minutes away. Really not impressed with this place.

*Written on behalf of my grandma* My grandparents were covering the cost of catering for my sister's wedding. Off the Cuff demanded the money up front even though no other company does and automatically included a tip in that cost. Furthermore, they did not reply to my grandma's texts, emails, or calls and did not provide enough information about their services (for example, my grandparents were not made aware that they could pay an extra cost for servers and the groom's mother ended up serving the food).
