Excellent website layout super easy to maneuver through it. Easy purchasing ( no financing needed so cannot review) only issue i had was the freight company had my rims about an hour from my house for 5 days finally just went and picked them up. Rims were packaged great no scratches and were exactly what I was expecting! Great company!
Im telling ya first hand that these guys got there stuff together. Can't say enough about the Man behind thebrains and operations Jason and the others behind the counter with all the info and really steering everyone in the right direction and having educated answers. What can I say about the backbone the dirty overheated grease machines turning all the wrenches in the shop. Give it up for those guys. I needed one rim and could only find it here at off road rim finance! Unfortunately it came without the lug cap . I reached out and nate responded saying they would send me a new cap in the mail which they did. Couldn’t be more pleased not with my purchase but with the effort that was made to make sure the customer was taking care of . Shout out to nate
Great customer service and very fast shipping. Although fedex did not handle with care as boxes showed up torn apart. Not the company’s fault. They are awesome to deal with
Awesome wheel and tire bundle. Fast and accurate shipping. The only complaint I order black lug nuts and got silver but other than that will order again.
