The website was one of the easiest to navigate. I ordered my wheels on Monday. I had them by Wednesday. And they wasn’t pushy like other companies. Trying to up sell you four times before checkout. this is definitely where I’ll order my next set of wheels from.
John was very helpful in getting me approved for financing. The entire process was very quick & easy. I don’t have the best credit in the world but don’t let that deter you. I was approved in less than 5 minutes. I picked the rims out I wanted & had them I’m 3 days. Extremely pleased. Best way to buy rims & tires hands down!!!
One of the reps was a little dry on the phone but calling to set up free delivery!? Amazing. All the aid throughout my purchase was welcomed and appreciated. The tires arrived a little outside the window but it worked out nonetheless. Nothing is perfect, I give it 3.5 out of 4 stars.
I only dealt with them over the phone but they were more than courteous and definitely on top of what they were doing made for a kind of quick transaction. It was really nice
So easy to deal with. I selected my wheel & tire package. Before completing my order, they reached out to me to double check fitment. Helped me to make the necessary changes to ensure good fit & shipped with a quality carrier. The price was right and I am very happy with what I received! I was missing some bolts that secure the hub covers. I made one phone call to them, and they immediately contacted the manufacturer to have the replacement bolts sent to my door! I couldn't be happier! Truly excellent customer service!
