RecommendedI had my 18 Tacoma re-geared to a 5.29 ratio at ORI in May of 2020. Driving down the road a few days ago, my rear differential started grinding ridiculously. I called ORI, explained to them my truck was making a god awful noice and could drive it, they said tow it to the shop and assess what was going on. Come to find out, the pinion separated from the ring gear. They fixed the problem under warranty and refunded me my tow bill to get it to the shop. I noticed the always scary death wobble in my 2015 JKU on the 24th of December. I called ORI and even though they were not open for service, they still said I could come in and have a quick look over. I drove in and a few minutes later a loose track bar was noticed. Always great service from these guys! Had them put an 3.5" AEV lift on my Jeep five years ago and have taken it back to them for several other things since then and their work is always top notch! Stopped in today because my windshield wiper stopped working as I was driving, and they squeezed me in as a walk in on a Friday with a packed shop which I greatly appreciate! They had me fixed up and out the door quickly when they could have easily blown me off for such a minor issue. ORI will always have my business!

I am very, very happy with my interaction with ORI. Ordered a lift kit, rims, and tires for my 2018 4Runner and received a great price including installation. They beat the online prices for the rims and tires which made the labor hours a no-brainer. I dropped off my vehicle with a nasty dent on the passenger door and John called to make sure they didn't do it. I respect that. I love the look of my ride now and I will definitely do business with ORI again!!

These folks have a highly satisfied customer in me. Last year, I came to ORI to have them help me supplement the rear suspension on my Toyota Highlander since I use it as a tow vehicle for my travel trailer. We installed some Airlifters inside the coil spings, and they made a huge difference on our 6,000 mile trip out to West Texas and back. Came to ORI with some idea of what I wanted to do to lift my 2016 4Runner and swap out the wheels. John and Jon gave me some guidance to help me get it just right. Picked it up from ORI yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would definitely recommend ORI. I put a 2.5 inch suspension lift on my 78 Bronco and my neighbor recommended that I get the rear driveshaft extended due to some vibrations we were feeling on a test drive. I went online and saw that they perform this kind of work. Jon was very helpful and also recommended that we adjust the rear end to achieve the proper pinion angle. Long story short the Bronco has never run more smoothly.
