Professionalism to the max. Very knowledgeable. I had the experience working via phone with Rodney last Friday. I got off the phone and said WOW. My admin asked what was so WOW? A good WOW or a bad WOW? I said I just got the BEST customer service in a long long time and it was a pleasure. She said that it does not take much to get me excited. I replied in todays world getting someone who knows what is going on and helps guide you is very very rare. Much appreciated! My 1st GO TO from now on.
Great customer service, several pricing options. Had to get the part ASAP. Option 1: Indiana, snow storm 5 day wait. Option 2: Florida with $100 added to part cost, delivery in 2 days. Thank you for getting us running again!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called in to ask questions about their company and genuinely wanted to know more about their products and if they could best serve what I needed. The female receptionist hung up on me on the first call and when I called back she hung up immediately. I called back thinking it was an accident but she picked up and hung up again. I took my friends phone and she hung up on me then as well. If this is how business is ran do NOT go here. You'll find better service elsewhere who actually care... read more
