Went and asked if there was anything he could do and tuning on my 6.6 LMM Duramax for better power and fuel efficiency for towing, and he said no, there’s nothing. So I went down Island and got a delete and stage one tuning, shortened the exhaust 9’ and new tail pipe eliminating the reducer, and that doubled my fuel economy and more power. Now putting a new Down and Up Pipes, FASS NO DROP FUEL SYSTEM with 165 GPH Lift Pump and PPE 5 Micron remote oil filter. Travelling through Port Alberni (hauling our 25’ travel trailer) our truck suddenly went into low engine power mode and wasn’t drivable. It was a Friday afternoon and we were on our way to Ucluelet/Tofino. We tried three different mechanics including the GM dealership and nobody had the time to come with a code reader to diagnose our issue. Good service, honest and always fit me in when it's an emergency.
-10 STARS is my review, it started out fine then the true clerical follow up failed not once but several times. without making some kind of an appointment they rely on memory and that's how not to run a business! during this time damage was done because the job didn't get started on time and i still haven't heard from them, mabe hire a secretary?
