Nice older man. He agreed to install a garage vehicle charger. But several days later he texted me that he couldn't because his wife was having medical problems. I understand family emergencies, but disappointed, as I had canceled other estimates and made plans. And unless he was completely quitting business, I wish he had just rescheduled later. But I hope his wife is okay.
