Rick was phenomenal in the help that he gave me. Living off grid and just now connecting up a generator to my fifth wheel, I knew very little. The electrical cord that I was using even though would be considered standard was not sufficient. He came out on his own time to review what I was going to need and instead of making me the one that I had asked, he made sure that I had a much better value and a much stronger cord with the proper ends.
