Off Grid Outfitters business has obviously grown significantly over the past 18 months or so. What is obvious is they have maintained the very strong customer service focus they have always had. We just had a service on our Iconn E2 Elite, we dealt with Mollie in the service department. She was very organised, professional and friendly, it is this attitude that makes a world of difference and helps create a positive experience. In fact we have found the whole OGO team to be great to deal with.
Thanks to Stephen, Sylvia, Ben and all the team at Off Grid Outfitters. Can't wait to get the new Fusionn out for a big trip. We did have a couple of small issues, but the team have been great and will have it sorted at the first service. It is great to work with such a personable team with a purchase like this.
