We cannot speak highly enough of the communication and staff attentiveness at Off Grid Outfitters. They kept us informed of any issues during our first service of our new Zone Peregrine. They explained what they had done and why and offered advice on care and usage of parts of our van. We consider them an asset to the Zone RV name and will most definitely be recommending or using when we are away travelling again for our servicing. Great work guys. Kev and Jill.
Off Grid Outfitters business has obviously grown significantly over the past 18 months or so. What is obvious is they have maintained the very strong customer service focus they have always had. We just had a service on our Iconn E2 Elite, we dealt with Mollie in the service department. She was very organised, professional and friendly, it is this attitude that makes a world of difference and helps create a positive experience. In fact we have found the whole OGO team to be great to deal with.
