Off Duty Heating was amazing to work with! When our heater went out, we called and they were able to come out the same day within just hours of our call. The team was incredibly polite and professional and got right to work finding a solution. In less than 30 minutes, our heater was up and running again! Their pricing is very reasonable, and the service was truly top tier. They are officially our go to company, and we will be recommending them to all of our family and friends without hesitation!
Off Duty Heating and A/C has been one of the best decisions we've made to use for not only our residential needs, but for our Business needs as well. Bryce is a stand up guy who will explain everything he's doing and the why behind it. He's extremely transparent and fair on pricing making it an easy choice to call him over anybody else. Bryce and his team are a rarity in the industry, being you can call them and know you are getting the best deal and are talking to a person you can trust!
I was told by another AC company that I'd have to gut my HVAC system and put in something new for the "low low price of $18k." Bryce came out and repaired my compressor plug for all of a few hundred bucks, and did it in about 10 minutes. I'm just sad I can't give him more than 5 stars. Thanks Bryce. I'm sad I can't give 10 stars ☺. Bryce came out and gave us two options for our failed heat pump: repair or replace. Based on his price and advice, we elected to replace it and couldn't be happier. The installation took one day, and the new unit is way more efficient than the one that was placed (24 years old!). Off Duty Heating and A/C is the best HVAC company we've ever used!
Great company. We love Bryce and had a wonderful experience with him fixing our heating system. He was able to find the issue immediately and get everything fixed quickly. I highly recommend him for all your heating and cooling issues and needs.
