Vito is the best! Loved Renting with him and the care he put into the time I spent at the apartment. Always understanding and kept things well maintained and worked with us no matter the circumstances! Would rent with him again in a heartbeat!
As a soon-to-be college graduate it was extremely stressful finding a place to live in a city I was unfamiliar with. I got extremely lucky finding a property owned by Vito, the landlord. He was always quick to respond, he was flexible with requests and always professional. The property was reasonably priced and well kept. I have even reached out years later to find housing for friends and peers who are looking to live in Providence.
Rented for the 2023-2024 semester, landlord was responsive and very helpful with resolving issues fast including replacing a washing machine.
This was a great place to live and the service from both the landlord and handyman were great. If something was broken or not working they were always kind and very timely with getting to the apartment to fix it. I would highly recommend leasing here!
