This agency was such an amazing and wonderful. I lived with them for 2 years, the rental property I lived at was conveniently close to my school and close to a RIPTA stop. Unlike many other housing rentals, I was able to have my 1 year old cat with no problems. Any maintenance problems were resolved in a timely manner of 1-3 days, there was never any lack of communication. Great experience overall. Any maintenance issues got fixed within the week, and the landlord was super helpful. Rent prices were affordable too

Vito is the best! Loved Renting with him and the care he put into the time I spent at the apartment. Always understanding and kept things well maintained and worked with us no matter the circumstances! Would rent with him again in a heartbeat!

As a soon-to-be college graduate it was extremely stressful finding a place to live in a city I was unfamiliar with. I got extremely lucky finding a property owned by Vito, the landlord. He was always quick to respond, he was flexible with requests and always professional. The property was reasonably priced and well kept. I have even reached out years later to find housing for friends and peers who are looking to live in Providence.
