Dr. Jacobowitz was incredible. I'm a coward when it comes to doctors, but I had a truly lovely experiance today. Dr. Jacobowitz took the time to explain every single procedure, listened intently, and even made me laugh. He did the entire exam himself and even made sure I had the papers I needed. He really made me feel heard and understood and was sensitive and respectful with my photophobia. I left feeling confident in his knowledge and care. His staff was just as lovely and kind.
