What a wonderful experience. Customer service & Care is top notch. From the front desk to the nurses station exceptional service. Dr Ajah was wonderful, answered all my concerning questions and gave me great recommendations for my health. I had an awesome first time visit and cant wait to have my next one. Thank you Nurse Mavis for your care & kindness as well as all the nurses I met.
Excellent doctor. Very soft spoken & a sense of humor. Very gentle with clients & takes his time. Answers questions when asked & makes proper referrals.
I called to confirm my husband insurance was except here for gastroenterology. They front desk said yes. We waited two hours to be seen for less the 10 minutes with the doctor. He advised to have the colonoscopy and endoscopy. We scheduled. They we got a call the next day that the hospital that the doctor works out of doesn’t take your insurance. We wasted so much time and took a day off work for this. This office needs to have they information correct when they take calls. And scheduling so many people in one hour is ridicu... read more
