Ordered 3 doors and 3 windows 12/8/23. Was told by Patrick Miller 8-12 weeks. We put down a 50% deposit. After 5 months of having to initiate contact several times per week, our first door came in June...and the next one in July and the last one in August. We were told the painting would be done by Mobile Magic in O Fallon (the auto body paint shop) and he painted them himself - and not very well. I take no pleasure in writing this, but caution is advised if you're considering O'Fallon Window and Door for window replacements. On February 28, 2023, I paid an $8,750 deposit for Alside Mezzo Lifetime Series Windows, slated for installation in May. To date, not a single window has been installed, and the company has failed to provide clear timelines. According to Pat the owner the job is finished and will not take responsibility for the mess he made on the front of my house. The shutters are popping off, the spaces were not filled properly, and ruined some of the siding on my house. It looks like the beginning of a project that hasn't been started yet. He refuses to fix the mess he made and I will probably have to have them all replaced again.
