Lady riding around everyday with a child VA tag TKB-8878. Green Kia Soul caught sleeping in car with kid, driving crazy on road, hitting child, and when confronted she dont have license or registration for car if its not stolen. Caught her twice in parking lot on super8 on Eastgate having sex in car will kids is in lobby. Cops aint doing nothing. Seen one drive right by them and did nothing. Kids looks older but sad and scared
They were really nice. The police department came by and assisted in an emergency this morning. I appreciate it so much.
