Have been here for over 3 years. Staff is amazing. Specifically, I want to sing praise for their summer camp and school-off camp. Camp staff is very attentive to my daughter’s special needs. They know her very welll including her being upset if pick-up routine is changed. Today, staff Mandy went through all the trouble to ask another staff to create the same routine for her pick-up to avoid her emotion meltdown. I see why she is always having a great time there! I am so grateful! Thank you!
I had a rather unsatisfactory experience with the YMCA, specifically the O'Fallon branch. I attempted to contact the branch manager to inquire about the rental prices for picnic shelters. I made numerous phone calls, left voicemails, and even sent an email, but I have not received a response for the past five days. I hope they will consider educating their staff with this information or improving their phone responsiveness. Thank you.
