Terrible
Moved in 1.5 years ago and siding is falling off, they have not come back to seed our grass yet, nail pops all over walls so I can’t paint and they installed the driveway wrong. After annual walkthrough they have not returned my calls to fix items via our contractual agreement. Will never be using them again or recommending them. Too bad because my family is in real estate development.
Well we are coming up on our final warranty mark of 2 years. So far put of pocket I have spent nearly $10,000 in repairs to my well that failed before 2 years after weeks of discussing and even hearing oranzo wasnt gonna let this happen...well here I am all my appliances ruined and taking out a loan for a well to repaired. That wasn't covered. My walls are cracked horribly still and my concrete sidewalk is terrible looking because it never got sealed. I have a staircase that you can feel nails popping up. Built with oevering and had an amazing experience from quality work, to our amazing selections coordinator Emily!! She worked her tail off to get us all our requests and Went above and beyond always! Our project manager Jeff was also awesome and any request we had he was on it! This company built us our dream home and we are forever grateful for this team! Highly recommend!
