I called to schedule a chimney sweep because it had been several years. Kam Siebert cane to service our stove, and he was great. He was very pleasant and friendly. My husband was thinking about sweeping the chimney himself in the future, and Kam discussed the whole process with me and explained what equipment we would need to do it ourselves in the future. He showed pictures before and after he cleaned our unit, and he went over our inspection report also. I couldn't have asked for a better inspector!
Received a quote for $6,559.41 to replace double walled chimney and incidentals (the quote had the wrong diameter). I called but they did not return my call. I went with the company that quoted $1,800.00 - professional work and on time. Something wrong here - shop around.
Cameron did a great job on our annual cleaning, and left the place spotless when he was done!
