Woke up with no heat! Knew it was going down to 22° so I had to get someone on it quick!! I called O.E.S. and Ian came out with Zack. Two great guys! Got right to the heart of the problem. They were professional and friendly and affordable!! Had our heater up and running in no time flat. I would definitely recommend O.E.S. to my friends and family. OES Mechanical came to my home when my compressor motor that spins the fan inside my outside condenser failed. It was a fancy, multi-stage motor that was still under warranty from York. Despite Mark's (owner) two-hour effort to "Macguyver" the compressor to work at a single stage, while waiting for the new motor to come in at York, he couldn't "trick" the motor to stay on. Regardless, Mark stayed in close touch with me with projected arrival time for the new motor (two days), and then, two days later, while I was at work he ... read more
