This company is the biggest pile of it I ever dealt with. Not only is one of the sales rep unable to respond to anything you need but even the account manager is just as bad. Coming from someone who has been in parts for 15 years. This company needs to hold their people to a much higher standard.
Sends parts without any invoices or information were it comes from and expects third party delivery to collect without any information. Don't use them if you need parts to service your customers.
This is the 2nd time in 2 week that they have been the lowestbidder to reject the order within minutesafter bidding on it. This causes a supplementto the insuranceco. and time that I do not get paidfor.if you don't have the parts WHY ARE YOU BIDDING ON THEM??????
