Do not do business with this company to fix your Pella blinds! Owner is very rude. Sent blinds in July 2024, for repair. When they were returned one blind was 5 inches to short and one blind 5 inches to long. Curtis told me I had to send them back. Asked him to send me postage paid label to return, since it was not my fault they were done incorrectly. Refused. Had to pay $47.00 to send back to him. Talked to Curtis he told me 150.00 to 175.oo per shade depending on the size. Sent in 3 shades he then contacted us and told us it would be $870.00. We paid the money. After 3 months contacted them again. Received them about 2 weeks after we contacted them. We received them they returned them without the hardware. We contacted them again and was told to go to the hardware store and improvise. They were refurbished with cheap thin strings not even close to the original. Recently ordered refurbish of six Pella between the glass pleated shades. Spoke with Curtis about cost, how to ship to him, how long it would take to fix and how they would be shipped back to me. Received my blinds within 2 weeks and just installed them. Excellent work, blinds look great. Thank you Curtis.
Curtis is the rudest person I have spoken with in a very long time. He was arrogant, condescending, patronizing, and just plain abrasive. We were getting ready to move forward with a lot of orders, but instead will go elsewhere even if it means paying more. Completely flabbergasted this man is allowed to speak with people. If I could give zero stars I would. Just WOW!
