OEM Saab is a great shop. Jeff and the staff were very helpful and patient. Jeff communicated through out the process and could not be more helpful. Got my Saab up and running and very understanding. Transparent pricing and gave me different options. My Saab 9-5 is now running great. Highly recommend this shop for all your Saab needs!
Quality service, parts, and pricing. I recently purchased a Saab 9-3 that needs a bit of work. I am a newer customer to this shop and thus far I am very impressed with the integrity of work and customer service. Owning a car that is no longer manufactured can be stressful at times, but Jeff is always willing to talk through the quirky issues these cars have, and lets you know which leaks, seeps, and creaks should be prioritized. This is a very good shop if you have a Subaru or Saab. I’ve owned a 2016 wrx and currently a 2005 Impreza wagon and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else period. I do most of the work on my cars and trucks myself so for me taking it to a shop is abnormal. But if I don’t have time or I can’t figure it out these folks always do.
I just HAVE to leave a review for this place. I’m the owner of a 2009 Subaru Forester. This shop spent so much time to get us a new engine, worked their butts off to get everything Re machined, reinstalled and running correctly. A recommendation from another mother led us to this shop, and we are so incredibly grateful for their expertise. Not to mention they beat the prices of 3 other shops.
