No stars! Purchased a used John Deere motor last fall with a 90 day warranty. Unfortunately, with inclement winter weather, wasn’t able to do tractor work until last week. After putting nineteen hours of work on the motor, a rod started knocking. It took five calls to get a call back. I was hoping I could at least have them give me rod bearings, but I just got, “Sorry, your 90 days are up.” It’s obvious all they care about is if the motor is running, they’ll sell it. Live directly behind their shop, filed numerous complaints with the front office about the loud music early in the morning. They’ll stop for the day then start it back the next day, very disrespectful to the families living in the community behind them
