My 2016 accord navigation head unit was giving me painfully loud static even with the radio powered off and I called OEM and Joe knew the issue right away. I sent it in and it was fixed within 24hrs and shipped back with next day shipping. Perfect communication. Perfect service. Perfect packaging for it's return home.
Factory am/fm cd player for my 1997 GMC pickup. The radio is like new! Matt shipped in a timely fashion and the price was very fair. I couldn't be happier!

Replaced the CD module and repaired front panel lights on my 2004 Silverado stereo. It was repaired and returned quickly. Unit works great! Only suggestion for improvement would be to include a copy of the invoice with the returned unit or follow up with an email. Great small business that fills a niche, but essential service. Thank you!
