It may have taken me 4 years to find my go to for car repairs but I'm sure glad I found Emilio!! Honesty, patience and communication with this company are 100%. The level of knowledge was great and no surprises. He communicated any issues or recommendations clearly and explained everything perfectly. I should also mention prices are great! My experience with OEM was excellent in every way! I don't ordinarily write a lot of reviews, but in the case of OEM I absolutely had to write in because Emilio did such a great job and went above and beyond for me. I needed a new water pump for my Charger, did some research on shops around me and came across the reviews for OEM, and I'm happy I did. The service was excellent. The work on my vehicle was done correctly and on time. The price was good. One of my friends is already using him to repair his car.
Emilio was great. The battery on my car started to die and I needed to replace it right away. I searched for a mechanic on google and after seeing the reviews I decided to drive by and see if he could help me out. He ordered a new battery for me and replace it on the spot. He also was kind enough to give me a contact for body repairs as I needed to fix my car. His contact gave me a great deal when I told him he recommended me.
Did repair faster and for less than quoted price. Helped explain future issues and possible solutions. Comfortable waiting area. Owner is a friendly, no nonsense, professional. I will be using OEM again.
