The people are much like the typical scrap yard personalities, dry. Don't expect to pick your item up the same day. Pay a $200 to $400 down payment over the phone and then, wait for them to "pick" the item and call you. It's local pick up, but not a walk in service. Don't expect perfection! Expect junk yard parts. It's not a body shop!
Great to work with and very honest. I ordered an extra part online, when I picked my seat up they gave me a refund for the extra part that was already included in the purchase of the seat.

fast quick service called put a deposit for the motor to be pulled less than two hours before i pulled up it was ready!
