Good service easy to work with
Update : OEM was very friendly and helpful when we originally picked up a motor. Since that time our experience has been very different. The motor purchased was not working. We thought there would be no issue in contacting OEM to get a replacement motor based off the warranty or guarantee. However we continue to get the run around. We call- get transferred - leave messages - etc. We will occasionally get on the phone with "the right person" and be given directions about sending pics or having the mechanic call. Very friendly - very clean. I have never picked up a used auto part from such a clean and well maintained facility.
