terrible! terrible! terrible! been waiting 7 weeks for a part they charged me for in May. cant get any communication at all. no texts, no e mail no nothing. but, the bank, bbb and state assistant AG WILL get answers.

I can't begin to explain how good my experience was when choosing OEM auto parts. I was fortunate enough have the oppurtunity to deal with Alex, who was very knowledgeable about the parts that I needed and also displayed a level of professionalism to be desired by answering all of my questions and making sure I didn't leave anything out. He had a reasonable price, explained the warranties available on his parts, told me when my part would be available.........and he delivered! This was and overall great experience!
