Contacted OEM after the local auto electrician told me it couldn't be fixed and needed a new head unit ($70 bill). Turns out all that was needed was a reboot due to a software issue. OEM sent me down a usb stick and instructions free of charge. Very helpful and now running again. Very impressed with OEM CM Alexandra
