You don't have to wade through any aisles to get to pharmacy counter regardless of which door you enter, it is a strait shot less than 20 steps. It is a small shop with at least four people at the counter that efficiently presents you with your medication. This is a pharmacy optimized for being a pharmacy not an opportunistic purchase engine. This is where you go to buy medicine, not "as seen on TV" gadgets.
