Great company they showed up and fixed the issue, very knowledgeable and friendly and reasonably priced. When youre at your wits end with your AC these are the people to call, I will be using them and recommending them to anyone in the area.
Called for them to come out and fix A/C that suposedly just needed cleaned and some freon added, said it was fixed and they even garenteed it for the summer! Great! Only problem is, it only helped cool my home for less than a week and my house is back to 80+ degrees. Every. Day. Multiple calls asking them to come back and check it out have gotten NO WHERE. Every time they are schedule to come out or 'swing by', they either no-show us or 'reschedule' this has been going on for two months, with the phone tag and them just not ... read more
I gave them a call and they made it out and fixed my a/c by noon. They are really professional and do quick work. I highly recommend The Cool Guys!
