Josh just finished up my yearly heater service/check-up. he did a great job on our boiler. Josh arrived on time, explained everything that he did, and left the heater cleaner than it was when he arrived! I really enjoy having knowledgeable and friendly technicians like Josh coming to take care of my heating needs.
Our most recent experience was great. Cole and Guy were the best, kindest service people I've welcomed into my home (and after living in old apartments and dorms needing upkeep for the past 15 years hopefully that's saying something!) We're glad to patron a local business. I appreciated the calm and thoroughness in explaining everything that was going on. Cole even went above and beyond and cleared out years worth of chimney debris. Thank you!!
