Purchased a soft cover for my Tacoma and the vinyl has shrunk so much that the corners are lifting up breaking the water tight seal, 1 month after the warranty expired customer service would not help me out. Spend more money and get a better quality cover. Oedro asked me for a review and I explained the problem and gave them a bad review, and they held back my review from publication.
I will no longer do any business with this company. I purchased over $1,000. worth of add on parts for my Polaris The Polaris was parked due to a recall for over a year and then has been in storage. Started putting all the xtras on it and found parts missing in the boxes. I reached out for assistance and have basically had the door slammed in my face. I see a lot of one star comments and not sure on why. I honestly had a good and bad experience I ordered a soft tonneau cover from them which soft tonneau covers can be great can be bad really depends. It came in damaged had a defect in the cover itself and I contacted oedro and originally I asked to exchange it for a hard cover and I was told it was fine and then got an email they were sending a new unit. Customer service is awful and the employees are essentially robots stuck on repeat. Unable to even meet the most basic requests for a replacement part. Don't let the low prices fool you, if there's an issue with one of their products, it will be a hassle to deal with them and it may not get resolved.
I bought them running boards from someone on Facebook they were brand new in the box she had accidentally purchased two. She showed me hers and said they didn't last very long but I bought them anyway. After just three months they are worn and rusting. After contacting them and having no receipt and no longer having the Box they came in they are unwilling to help me.
