I bought them running boards from someone on Facebook they were brand new in the box she had accidentally purchased two. I ordered these steps June 2024. By June 2025 the passenger side step was rusted and the “triple” coating is gone. When I sent pictures to customer service they gleefully told me that it’s been over a year and it’s beyond the warranty. I asked if these were meant to be disposable steps, and if I was meant to get a new pair annually. I was told to just paint them with rust proof paint. Lol! Seriously? No, what I will do is purchase products from another company.
***DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT*** Before you buy, please read. Their customer service is beyond horrible. They sent me wrong boards as they do not fit. I called and talked with someone the day I realized, after spending 4 hours of trying everything I can to have them fit, and they told me they would have someone reach out to me after they got all my information, no one did.
