This review is meant for BIG DUDES WITH BIG FEET. Easy to put on, looks are good, but the actual running board width is very narrow. I cannot put foot on it, keeps slipping off. Oedro claims 6.5 inches, closer to half that, the nerf bar in the rear eats up half the platform.
I won't do business with this company anymore, and I will be sure to spread the word so the people I know will not have to deal with this company that ignores their customers' complaint and dissatisfaction. This item was supposed to fit a Toyota Corolla Hatchback 2025, according to their matching. The item delivered and did not match, requested for a full refund to return the item, and how they responded to me was that they stopped all communication once they've learned that they were in the wrong. Found the best price on tow mirrors for my F150 here. Shipping was quick, and the mirrors were very well packaged. Installation was also super easy. I did have a problem with one of the mirrors not functioning properly. Contacted customer service, they asked for a video of what we happening, and they sent me a replacement set fee of charge. Customer service was quick with their responses, and I couldn't be more pleased with my new mirrors. I would definitely buy from them again.
The customer service has been terrible. I have trying to cancel my order since I found their same product on eBay for like $30 cheaper than their actual website. Called to cancel my order they told me they can’t do that since Amazon has my package even though I called within 24hr. So they told me contact Amazon which I did. Amazon couldn’t cancel so Oedro told me to wait for the order to come and then request return label for return. I have called twice and emailed twice without a response.
