DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I recently got a bed cover from them that was defective from the factory. There customer service is horrible. They wont respond back to calls or emails about getting it sent back. Once they got your money, they will gost you, and you'll be stuck with a shitty product that doesn't work.
Highly recommend not doing business with this company. Bought side steps that confirmed fit for my jeep truck but they do not conform to the bend in the jeep body. All I did was install it once to find this out and they won’t let me return it due to it being installed. I’ve never in my life seen a return policy like this. If you are planning to buy from here dont. Not unless you want get charged 40% restocking fee or keep it and they will send you $40.00. It said the cover will fit my truck wich it didnt! Now they want my vehicle number. Wich should have been done in the first place. So if you want to have these kind of problems i would not reccomend OEDRO!! Worst service posible
DON'T BUY FROM OEDRO. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT!!! I ordered a running board for my Ram truck, which seemed to be a good deal since it was on sale. It came defective; when I put the last bolt all it was doing was spinning since the welded part where the bolt gets screwed came undone. Now Ihaveascew that cannot be screwed in or come out. Received my boards damaged. Emailed them, with pictures. They offered a 40$ refund fee per PayPal only! Terrible company! Never again!
