Been with this bank for almost 10 years, still with them, Brittany was amazing and helpful as always
Brittany at OECU Moore is always so helpful and provides outstanding customer service. Even when I’ve had issues with my checks, she’s been patient, knowledgeable, and quick to help resolve everything. LShe always has a friendly attitude and makes every interaction easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond. OECU is lucky to have her!
This place is ridiculously slow taking care of any transactions. It took over 15 minutes just to cash one check. They have no people at the front, just kiosks. Other person in the lobby was trying to get his debit card to work and it wouldn't. Actually still not finished, they still haven't cashed it and it's been 20 minutes. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!
so I was in need to purchase a car extremely fast I had a loan officer her name was Joy is absolutely phenomenal I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was extremely Informative And she put my stresses and worries at ease she was kind and patient answered every question that I had she is absolutely Amazing this is not my first time purchasing a car through them this is my third car through them and they have been absolutely amazing to me highly recommend
