The lady at the register is the most rude hateful human being there. She is rude to all her customers especially to door dashers.
The lady at the front desk is rude and difficult to deal with. She refused to get a manger when I requested to speak with one. She also physically went into my bag and took my sauces when i requested to use the in store bottle. Only after taking my containers of sauce from my bad I already paid for, would she give me the store bottle. I then had to request to pay extra so I could keep my containers; the option was never given. Other than that, the food is great and I love OEC!
