Our experience with OEC Team on our incoming container shipments from Overseas have been a big fail. Contrary to what other reviews here say, we have found the service as combative and self serving. Our final container shipment was with-held delivery today pending storage, waiting time and pre-pull charges that were never communicated but demanded to get our shipment released. I escalated the case to their director of operations and he didn't even bother to check the communication and instead read me their standard policies.... read more
