Awesome service. We joined the waitlist for the wrong location and the staff ant the University location accommodated our group on a very busy Sunday morning. They were very good to us. And the food was fantastic!
The food and the service are always great. We have made it our habit to visit the restaurant after our annual lab test. This morning, Granma went into medical distress and I completely lost it, but the staff reacted in the perfect way, handling the 911 call and aligning all actions that need to be taken… down to packing the food we had not touched… when husband went back to pay, manager told him not to worry about it. We came to OEB for what used to be one of our favorite breakfasts, but it’s clear things have gone downhill fast. One of our orders was completely forgotten, even after we told the staff we were in a hurry. No one came by to check on us, refill our coffee, or even top up our water the entire time we were there. The food quality has absolutely fallen off a cliff. We ordered two lobster crepes—at a premium price—and there was no lobster to be found, seen, or tasted.
