O.E. Wilson is such a breath of fresh air. My husband owns & operates a small A/C business & has been with O.E. Wilson for all the business needs. When I joined in helping w/ our business, I quickly realized how essential of course, but also how helpful having an Insurance company that works side by side with us. I canceled the policy for my house back in June 2023 and they failed to send me my refund. I’ve called twice and get a run around, the manager is busy please provide your number and he will call you, yeah right! They have not called me, or sent me my refund. They don’t deserve any thumbs up, terrible customer service in my opinion
