I had a small issue connecting the monitoring app to WiFi after setup, but customer support responded quickly and guided me through it step by step. They didn’t make me feel stupid for asking basic questions either. Since then, everything has worked smoothly without further problems.

The team at OE Solar was amazing. I had a dedicated project manager who provided frequent updates about permitting, scheduling, etc. At no point did I have to reach out for updates, they were always provided proactively. Work started on time, finished on time and has been running flawlessly ever since. I highly recommend OE Solar.
