The team at OE Solar was amazing. I had a dedicated project manager who provided frequent updates about permitting, scheduling, etc. At no point did I have to reach out for updates, they were always provided proactively. Work started on time, finished on time and has been running flawlessly ever since. I highly recommend OE Solar.

Post-Install customer service is dismal at best. My install experience was fantastic. The install entire team was first rate and very responsive to questions and made it happen. Solar performance monitoring stopped when 2G and 3G went away. I got an email at that time that I would be contacted for a fix and also that a solar panel maintenance program was to be offered.
