This company put my pump and well in and provide exceptional service. I highly recommend OE Smiths Sons!! Top notch!!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Spoke to someone on Friday, and was told that they had room on Monday to do a job. And that they would call on Monday morning. No call, I had to call them to see what was happening, They didn't know anything, and transferred to a well service person who was unintelligible. Tried to call back again, and spoke to the person I had talked to on Friday, who completely disregarded the job, and told me someone would might come out that afternoon, never heard back from them even several days later. ... read more
