Got an alternator 7 months ago it's gone bad fighting to get a replacement or refund like pulling teeth they want to PayPal which refuse to do business with or achim not opening a bank account for this return
Starter arrived and after installing was found to be defective. Had it checked by auto shop and it was determined that the solenoid and starter drive were both bad. In addition the mounting holes for the starter were larger than the original bolt holes. Was unable to reach anyone at the number listed on the shipping label for returns despite numerous attempts. Bought alternator through Walmart.com, came from these people, didn't last a week. Will not answer phone or return phone call.
My--Mistake was to use OE Global Parts, I will not purchase from them after failure of their part, failure to accept a return, failure to answer the phone, failure to ensure packages-arrive. No-Wonder we find the "Store Front" for OE Global Parts is an outdoor storage lot for forlorn boats and trailers. I'm ashamed I got duped - They've got a listing on Ebay and I fell for the trap --
AVOID. They sent me the WRONG item and are now refusing to refund me or send the correct item!
