If there was a way to give negative number I would give them a minus 10. Employees are not knowledgeable or helpful at times not even cordial. I’ve done business with them for 30 yrs and the service keeps getting worse. They can’t follow thru or return a phone call. And lie about services and policy. Never , Never get a Helox

On February 24th, 2026, representatives of OE Federal Credit Union attempted to repossess my vehicle without properly addressing ongoing disputes and documentation requests I have repeatedly made. Never do business with OE Federal CU. My family has been members for nearly 75 years and their Collections department is predatory. If you get behind on a loan, they will incessantly call you, and they will take any and all funds deposited into your account without your consent. They took my entire $730 paycheck meant for my rent, for a vehicle loan and refused to reverse the charge, then had the audacity to call me the next day asking for more money.
