As a credit union member I came into this establishment to ask about shared branching the light skinned black lady at the front desk had THE WORST attitude ever. Giving me sarcastic answers and shrugging her shoulders when I let her know the website had misinformation on it about shared branching. Great staff and always fast friendly service.
Three times I visited this branch and the service is subpar. Tellers don't care to help you. Simple wire tranfer could not be accomplished do to Lack of knowledge. Go to another branch.
When cashiers go on break they go st same time instead of alternate breaks and they close the whole bank down for an hour..lol
