I got my auto loan through OE because of the low interest rate. Plus, my deferred savings account through my union is with OE. I figured I should support union in this case. There was an option to protect my auto loan from loss of job, etc, which I activated and thought I was paying for. But then when I became unemployed, I found out that my account in fact does not have this protection on it. As a credit union member I came into this establishment to ask about shared branching the light skinned black lady at the front desk had THE WORST attitude ever. Giving me sarcastic answers and shrugging her shoulders when I let her know the website had misinformation on it about shared branching. From the other reviews it seems like this is an issue with this branch. Do better you just scared off a potential member based on this “tellers” attitude.
