Decent customer service is so hard to find these days, but Marjorie's efforts hearken back to the days when we could count on travel agents to care about us. She worked diligently to find us the flights we needed, and even suggested changes to our plans that saved us a lot. She even coordinated directly with the safari company (on a safari that Odyssey did NOT even book for us) to ensure that all the details were correct. Such a pleasure, Marjorie, thanks!!

Odyssey Travel Ormond Beach, in particular, Jeanne Huth is the best! Jeanne is the best most attentive travel agent we have ever worked with. She is always willing to help and available even when she’s on vacation. I have to tell you, she is a gem and just amazing at what she does. We book all of our travel with Jeanne. She has planned half a dozen or more trips for us. Here are some photos from our trip to Edinburgh Scotland.

Silver Seas Barbados to Cartagena Jeanne was absolutely wonderful. She followed up on a timely basis on any request or inquiry. She is thorough and stays up to date on any changes on the trip. Virtuoso also had an agent on board, so Jeanne ensured we were invited to the cocktail party and were able to meet her so she could follow up on anything we may need.
