Odyssey Strength & Conditioning is the best place I have ever worked out. I was reluctant to start because of my age and not feeling like I was in good shape but the staff is the best! They are patient, kind, knowledgeable, encouraging and very supportive. I look forward to my sessions and recommend this great place to everyone. Taking care of yourself is importance to staying healthy and building confidence. Jack and Niko are the best and I am glad I met them. I give them a 10 out of 5 so join the family! 😃
My son has been training there for just under about 2 years now. Odyssey knows how to train athletes based upon the sport that they play. Hard work pays off at the highest levels.
