Odyssey Restoration responded quickly when we had water damage in our home. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained every step of the drying process. Our home was dried properly and everything was handled with care. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this company to anyone who expects to have a restoration in a timely manner. From the start they offer to do just investigation of the root cause, but actually do not do any restorations themselves. They can only recommend who can do the actual fix. They were unable to provide me the root cause of water ingress in the closet. Too many promises and no delivery.

I have just purchased a property that was previously used as a rental accommodation. To say that the carpets were disgusting would be a vast understatement. There were pet messes left in the corner of the bedroom, the deeply ground in filth from years of parties as well as a large water stain from a flood in the basement.
