Joel and his wife were incredible helpful! They make great products and are so supportive whether you are in the market for a new raft or have owned one of theirs for years! Honestly can’t say enough good things, they are truly a standup top notch company that I trust! Their customer service is second to none you just don’t get this from the big brands, small businesses are the way to go!
I bought a used 2022 13.5’ Odyssey raft a few months ago not knowing much about the brand prior to purchase. But, after taking it in for a repair and being helped by Joel I was very impressed!! If I ever need another or have friends in the market Odyssey will be my #1 choice for sure!

Have been trying to reach them about warranty stuff for over a year. They will not return calls or emails. Go buy an NRS raft and not one from them. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with
Bought an older Odyssey 15 years ago and used and abused it! Several Smith River trips with it, hunting trips and caught monster browns on the Blackfoot from it. An amazing boat! I replaced it with a new Hifloat 12.5 and the updated design handles like a dream on the water. Very impressed with the quality and attention to detail they put in their products. No regrets with this brand at all! (my seriously old Odyssey on the Smith)
