Have been trying to reach them about warranty stuff for over a year. They will not return calls or emails. Go buy an NRS raft and not one from them. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with
Bought an older Odyssey 15 years ago and used and abused it! Several Smith River trips with it, hunting trips and caught monster browns on the Blackfoot from it. An amazing boat! I replaced it with a new Hifloat 12.5 and the updated design handles like a dream on the water. Very impressed with the quality and attention to detail they put in their products. No regrets with this brand at all! (my seriously old Odyssey on the Smith)
My first Odyssey raft is from 2001 and still going strong. In the last few years I’ve bought two new ones (a 14ft and a 10ft). I’ve put all the rafts through big rapids repeatedly and two of them though multiple 6-8 day river trips loaded down with gear and people (including the old raft). I’ve also taken one on a 3-day trip in a blizzard in 24 degree weather. They are durable and lightweight. I’m very familiar with other raft brands and their pricing and features. Odyssey is my pick.
