Chris came out on a quick call when my water was left turned off after a backflow test. He fixed the issue immediately and taught me how to fix it myself in the future. Everyone I spoke with was so kind to me! Thank you to Odyssey Plumbing and I know I'll be calling again when I need plumbing!
Gene Jr did a great job of solving my plumbing issues. My outdoor hose faucet was leaking and he had just the rare tool to repair the 75 year old faucet and get it running. My kitchen sink drain was also leaking and he knew exactly what to fix along with a great and professional clean up of all the piping systems below my sink that were a mess from the original installation. I was very happy with the service and outcome!
Reached out to the team about a sink drain that would back up time to time. Have just put up with it trying to do all the DYI hacks you see online for the last 6 years. Finally called the team after the last hack caused backflow and sprayed stuff all over the bathroom. The team was super quick to respond and got the drains flowing like no DYI hack ever did. Shoutout to Gene for helping clean out the drain.
