I had a really positive experience with the folks at Odyssey today. They were very honest and showed a lot of integrity. Nathaniel came to diagnose what I though was a problem with a sump pump. He was very professional and easy to work with. When he determined that the pump was not the problem, his boss Ward dropped by with Chris to help with the diagnosis.
