This place is awesome. They have meal replacement shakes of every flavor that are SO GOOD. The staff is always super friendly and willing to talk to you about your goals!
This place is a joke. Nothing nutritious about it at all. Flavors come from artificial syrup bottles; servers don’t know the macros or carb or protein counts, have no options for adding healthy fats, and argue with me when I ask them to put actual, real fruit in their powdery drink mix. Everything comes from a powder, except their fake flavored syrups.
