Closest nail place to where I live but sadly won’t be returning. I’m actually concerned a lot of the staff have no idea what they’re doing. I gave them a few chances by returning but after my last appt I’m out. Had 3 people working on my nails, they doubled up on what they were doing and a mediocre result. One appt they were so busy they couldn’t finish filing my nails so they gave me a take home nail file haha I have to laugh. Do not recommend. I had my nails done here and the shellac was uneven and full of bubbles, which suggests it wasn’t applied properly. My cuticles were also handled poorly. I returned to request a redo or a refund, but both were refused. The customer service is less than poor.
The technician I experienced nicked my toe during the pedicure and was extremely rough on my feet with strong use of a square cooking grater on my heals as well. I could see that they were busy and I was happy to wait, however this was like in and out and rough and no acknowledgement from her that she was even hurting me.. even when I advised that she just cut into my skin on the toe and told her again that it was stinging. One of the worst nail salons in Melbourne. I can hardly be bothered to write a review, but this place is so bad I really felt I need to let everyone know. The lady who did my nails was very rough, and her technic extremely average. The cleanliness of the place is also a big worry, with nail dust left behind from the previous client not even cleaned before they started doing my nails. I don’t have appointments just walk in, the staff so friendly and they ask me for water and tea. The best service ever seen. The job perfectly the girls she’s very take time to get the job done. I forgot to ask her name. Absolutely come back!!
